As a paper ticket at the Broletto Infopoint, in Via Pretorio next to the Cathedral, on the north side. The Infopoint is open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
Purchasing a ticket grants access to the transept, sacristies and galleries of the Cathedral from Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm and on Saturdays from 10.45 am to 4.30 pm.
Opening hours, visiting times and routes may be subject to change or restrictions due to liturgical celebrations or the Cathedral’s organisational requirements. Check the 2026 closure calendar here.
A single ticket is available for access to the Cathedral, or a combined ticket which also includes entry to the Municipal Museums.
